I’m from Perth Western Australia. This is the first article, words, blessings I have heard of euthanasia for people. My Aunty Lucy died two years ago 22 December 2023. I’m sitting here crying and I think my doctor is organising a mental health team because people don’t deal with death especially when people they have loved their whole life they choose to kill themselves. Thank you for taking the time to write you help more than maybe you realise. May God bless you and keep you. I hope many blessings at this Christmas season bring you peace joy and love. Dianna

Let’s change the term of they made their decision to kill themselves to something more supportive please. I don’t look at it as killing myself. I look at it as a dignified way of leaving this life that’s in a medically controlled environment where there’s no pain and your suffering on this earth is ending. It’s a happy time for the person who’s made this decision. All we are wanting is support and understanding now not my last months as fighting and judgment. So if we could please use the term killing themselfs loosely out of respect for us . Thank u
